I've been working on this quilt for close to ten years now. It is machine pieced and hand quilted, though it still needs a lot of quilting (see the faint blue lines from my favorite water-soluble marker - I really hope they don't set!). The pattern is by Nancy J. Martin and was published in Two-Color Quilts.
I collected a ton of pinks for this quilt and had a hard time stopping even after the top was completed. There are repros from all different eras, from colonial times to the 1930s as well as lots of contemporary fabrics. I think there are even some of Marsha McCloskey's Staples prints.

What to say in a first post..... Ah, well, let's just get this thing started. I hope to use this blog for quilty inspiration. That, and the fear of public humiliation. Gonna make a list of all my UFOs and try to set (and meet) some goals for finishing. Or at least making some progress.
